Since our formation in 2010, Sikhokele has been an advisory firm united by its strong set of values and a desire to provide excellent service with the highest integrity. Today, we continue to strive for the successful implementation of developmental projects which are aimed at empowering project beneficiaries toward sustainable economic development. Over the past 13 years, we have built a reputation of excellence as a result of the high standards we set ourselves. We have worked extensively with various Provincial Departments, Local & District Municipalities, and several global Engineering Firms

Abongile has over 20 years of advisory experience having conducted Economic Research, Development Planning, Stakeholder Mapping & engagement, and developed policies for various Public and Private sector institutions.

He has worked on a number of large-scale projects throughout South Africa and has also served on Boards both in the Private sector and also in professional bodies.

Abongile is a member of the International Association for Impact Assessment South Africa (IAIAsa) and also International Association for Public Participation Southern Africa (IAP2SA).

He is the Owner and Founder of Sikhokele Business Consulting responsible for driving the strategic direction, relationship management, and business development.

Ziyanda has over 10 years of stakeholder engagement and human resources experience. She has worked extensively in the public sector and also for some of South Africa’s leading corporate companies.

She has an in-depth understanding of stakeholder engagement in infrastructure projects.

Gift is a researcher, skills development facilitator, training and development specialist, and theologian. He has more than 15 years of experience in the training and development arena.

He was also part of the team that worked on the Truth and Reconciliation Committee (TRC) where he worked as a Provincial Community Liaison Officer working in conjunction with the Research Team.

He is also a published poet with some of his works featuring in the Buchu books publishers anthropology, ‘The Open Door Omnibus 1993’

Mpucuko has over 15 years of stakeholder engagement experience having worked on several large-scale infrastructure projects ranging from Road construction, water and sanitation, and low-cost housing development.

Mpucuko relies on his wealth of experience and his qualifications in the built environment to ensure he delivers projects to the client’s expectations. Mpucuko has previously worked fora  few public and private sector institutions.

Zandisile is a communication expert with over 10 years of experience on stakeholder engagement and mapping. Prior to joining Sikhokele, Zandisile worked across different industries both in private and public sector. He also had a stint at Government Communications and Information Systems (GCIS) where he worked as a Communication Officer. He has been at Sikhokele for several years and during this period has been responsible for several projects.
